If the beak you purchased is defective, we will replace it free of charge. The procedure is as follows.

Initial defective product replacement procedure

1. facebook messenger.
2. Send your order number. ( if not : Send your name, address & purchase date to the chat field )
3. Send us a photo video of the defective part of the product to the chat field.
4. A new beak will be delivered to you.

*The warranty period is limited to one week from the date of delivery.
